25 Days of Christmas: Favorite Christmas Movies

One of the things I love about December is that you never have to worry about having nothing to watch  because there is always at least one Christmas movie on, if not more. This is both wonderful and depending on which channel your watching, awful =P (there are some pretty cheesy movies out there) Anyways, I have a list of favorites that I absolutely must watch every. single. year.
Here's my top 10:

1. Eloise at Christmastime

2. Christmas In Boston

3. The Christmas List

4. On The Second Day of Christmas

5. It's A Wonderful Life

6. Year Without A Santa Clause

7. How The Grinch Stole Christmas

8. Jingle All The Way

9. A Boyfriend for Christmas

10. Annabelle's Wish

What are some of your favorite Christmas movies? I would love recommendations!

  1. I haven't seen most of these, but I absolutely loooooooooove Jingle All the Way! It's one of my all-time favorite movies, not just for Christmas.

    My other favorite Christmas movies:
    1. The Nightmare Before Christmas
    2. A Mom for Christmas
    3. Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer (the one with the Island of Misfit Toys)
    4. Beauty and the Beast: The Enchanted Christmas
    5. The Santa Claus

    1. The Santa Claus is another great one! A Mom for Christmas sounds really familiar, I'll have to look it up and see if I've seen it before. Believe it or not I don't think I've seen the version of Rudolph with the Misfit Toys, neither have I seen Beauty & The Beast: Enchanted Christmas or Nightmare Before Christmas (the last because I'm not a Tim Burton fan) but the other two I'll have to check out! Thanks for stopping by and sharing your favorites Angie!! =)

  2. Almost everyday I record a Hallmark shows because they are amazing even if the cheesy factor is way up. I'm still waiting for my favorite one: Silver Bells. My mom does not like that the kid ran away. I find that the father was a jerk so he had a right.

I watched Eloise in Christmastime last year and I must read all of her books. She is quite adorable. I have Annabelle's Wish... in VHS so I can no longer see it which means I no longer remember what it's about :/

    You forgot Home Alone.

    1. I'm waiting for them to play Silver Bells too! I've seen the end a few years in a row but have never seen the beginning. I got the Eloise at Christmas book out from the library the otherday and was pretty disappointed =( I think it's just because I love the movie soo much it couldn't compare! My copy of Annabelle's Wish is also on VHS, I just started watching it on Youtube instead =) I'm actually going to be posting it one of these days as part of the countdown!

  3. It's a Wonderful Life is one of my faves, but my daughter and I have a tradition of watching a fun, cheesy ABC Family movie called Snowglobe. :)
