I can't even explain my LOVE for this song! All I know is it makes me happy & I can't stop listening to it. I really like how the music video doesn't concentrate on the band themselves, instead it shows a little girl as she looks out the back window of a car and at one point you see the band singing on a street corner which I thought was a cool way to incorporate themselves into it.

This is one of those songs that has been around for awhile yet I never seem to get sick of it. I fall in love with it all over again each time I hear it. The videos rather boring, there's so much to work with in those lyrics they really could have done better.

However, it is the acoustic version which I think is even better than the original <3 I don't know what it is about acoustic performances but I almost always like them better than the CD.

Okay so this song isn't really on my iPod but I'm posting it because Pomp and Circumstance has become known as "the graduation march" and guess what? TODAY I'M GRADUATING!!! I may  even be walking across the stage as you read this. As of today, I will wield a Bachelor's Degree in Art with a concentration in Graphic Design and my dreams of becoming a book cover designer are one step closer to coming true!!! Apparently, I don't seem like the kinda girl who listens to rock music because whenever my friends find out I listen to Pillar they're shocked. This is actually one of their tamest songs and also one of my absolute favorites!! They haven't released a CD in five years and I just found out they're reuniting this year for a new CD so I'm pretty stoked right about now =D
